NujZoo (Cher Yang) is a student who is going to school out of town. His parents are still back in Laos and he only came to the United States with his grandma. NujZoo falls in love with a rich girl name Duab Ntxoo (PaHoua Vang). Her parents try to stop their relationship and want her to marry the son of their friend. They try every single way to meet each other even the parents try to stop them. But there is another bigger problem. Duab Ntxoo's dad (Ger Her) is also having an affair with another lady and now the future of the family is in jeopardize.
